What We Provide
Payment Case File generates document templates (“Trace Packs”) to help you communicate with payment providers and banks about delayed or stuck transfers. These templates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
No Affiliation
We are not affiliated with Careem Pay, LuLu Exchange, any bank, financial ombudsman, or payment network. Brand names are used for identification purposes only.
Access Passes
We sell time-limited access passes (currently 24 hours). During the active period, you may generate and export PDFs using the tool. Pricing is shown before purchase.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unused passes or if the product did not work as described. If documents were already generated or downloaded, refunds may be limited except where required by applicable law. Contact support@paymentcasefile.com with your transaction reference. You can also request a refund via Paddle's order support portal at paddle.net.
Disclaimer
- Transfer delays may have legitimate causes (compliance review, bank processing windows, beneficiary bank holds).
- We do not guarantee any outcome from using our templates.
- Use of these templates is at your own responsibility.
