Does This Sound Like Your Situation?

These are the most common Aspora transfer problems the Trace Pack is built to resolve.

Transfer Completed But Not Credited

Aspora shows your transfer as completed or processed, but your Indian bank account hasn’t received the funds. This is the most common Aspora issue — the pack helps you trace exactly where the money is stuck.

🔍

No UTR or Reference Received

Aspora or their licensed partner (Lulu International Exchange LLC) hasn’t provided a tracking reference (UTR, UETR, or SWIFT). The pack includes the exact message to request it.

🏦

Bank Says No Credit Received

Your Indian bank says nothing arrived. The pack includes a bank-ready trace request template using the UTR or SWIFT reference.

🔒

Support Ticket Closed But Issue Not Resolved

Aspora closed your in-app chat or support ticket without confirming credit to your account. The pack includes re-escalation templates and licensed partner contact steps.

UAE → India Corridor FAQ

What tracking reference should I ask Aspora for?+
Ask Aspora support for the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) if the payout used Indian domestic rails (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS). If the transfer involved a SWIFT leg, request the UETR or MT103 reference. The trace pack includes the exact wording to use.
Aspora says "Initiated" or "Processing" but nothing has arrived.+
These statuses mean Aspora has begun processing the transfer but the licensed partner (Lulu International Exchange LLC) may not have completed the payout to the beneficiary bank. The trace pack explains what to ask and when to escalate.
When should I escalate a stuck Aspora transfer?+
If it’s been 48+ hours since you contacted Aspora support (in-app chat or help@aspora.com) and there’s no UTR or credit confirmation, follow the escalation ladder: Aspora support → Lulu International Exchange LLC (licensed partner). If neither resolves the issue, you may consider escalating to Sanadak (UAE financial dispute resolution) — check the current Sanadak eligibility page for the applicable waiting period and criteria.
What is Aspora’s licensed partner and why does it matter?+
Aspora operates under Lulu International Exchange LLC’s license for UAE remittances. If Aspora support can’t resolve your issue, the licensed partner is your next escalation point. The trace pack includes templates for contacting them.
My Aspora transfer is stuck in processing for days, what should I do?+
If your transfer stays in “processing/initiated” beyond 48 hours, contact Aspora support via in-app chat or email (help@aspora.com). Request the payout rail + reference (UTR/RRN or SWIFT refs if applicable) and follow the escalation ladder (provider → licensed partner). If still unresolved, Sanadak (UAE financial dispute resolution) may be an option — check their eligibility criteria for the applicable waiting period.
