Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Payment Case File dispute kits, billing disputes, withheld deposits, and stuck transfers.

What is a Case File / Dispute Kit?+
A dispute kit is a professional set of documents — including demand templates, escalation scripts, bank dispute scripts, and complaint summaries — generated specifically for your situation. For stuck transfers, this is called a Trace Pack. For car rental deposits and gym billing disputes, it includes tailored final notices, authority complaint routing, and evidence checklists.
How does Payment Case File work?+
You fill in your case details (amount, dates, provider info). Our tool generates a case-specific dispute kit with step-by-step escalation documents, ready-to-send templates, and evidence checklists. Everything is processed in your browser — no data leaves your device.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. All processing happens locally in your browser. We don't store, transmit, or have access to your case details. No account or login is required.
What does the 24-hour pass include?+
A 24-hour pass gives you unlimited PDF exports for one specific dispute kit. You can regenerate and download your documents as many times as needed during the access window.
Can I get a refund?+
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unused passes or if the product didn’t work as described. If documents were already generated or downloaded, refunds may be limited except where required by law. Email support@paymentcasefile.com with your transaction reference, or request a refund via Paddle’s order support portal at paddle.net. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
Which corridors and dispute types do you support?+

We currently support UAE → India transfer tracing (Careem Pay), UAE → India transfer tracing (Aspora), US → India transfer tracing (Abound), UAE car rental deposit recovery, and UAE gym cancellation & billing disputes (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah). More corridors and dispute types are in development. You can browse all tools or request a new one.

Who processes payments?+
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your payment details.
How long does the escalation process take?+
Timelines vary by dispute type, provider response speed, and whether an official complaint or bank dispute is filed. Many disputes resolve within days to weeks, though complex cases can take longer. Each dispute kit includes case-specific guidance on expected timelines and next steps.
