Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unused passes or if the product did not work as described. Contact support@paymentcasefile.com with your transaction reference.
If documents were already generated or downloaded, refunds may be limited except where required by applicable law.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. You can also request a refund via Paddle's order support portal at paddle.net.
This refund policy applies to your purchase of the 24-hour access pass.
